1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our products to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Spain.
Depending on the destination and product availability, we work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, and Posti.
2. Delivery Times
Our standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, starting from the day your order is placed.
For certain products, we offer express delivery within 1 business day.
Orders placed before 16:00 (4 PM) on a working day qualify for this service.
If this option is available, it will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
We process orders from Monday to Friday, and deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Please note: Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
Some products come with free shipping, which will always be indicated on the product page.
The standard shipping cost is:
€5.95 for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Spain.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 23:00 (UTC +1) are usually processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this link to track your parcel online at any time.
6. Undeliverable Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than usual.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
We will make sure to find an appropriate solution.
