Complaints procedure

At mercibeaucoupp we do everything we can to keep you as a customer satisfied. However, it can happen that you are not satisfied with something. Please let us know, so that we can find a solution together.

Always state the following when making your complaint:

  • Your name and email address

  • The order number

  • A clear description of your complaint

Handling your complaint

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We aim to answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If it takes longer, we will inform you.

Not satisfied with the outcome?

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@mercibeaucoupp.eu .
